MESSIAH (Switzerland): 35 Years of Choir of Horrors

Swiss band Messiah formed in 1984 and spent the late 1980s pushing thrash metal toward the death metal sound that followed. Their 1991 record Choir of Horrors became a cult reference point in early European extreme metal, and this tour marks its 35th anniversary. Despite a career running more than four decades, the band has never played Greece until now. Expect material built around that album, delivered by a five-piece lineup fronted by vocalist Marcus Seebach. Black Temple in Gazi hosts, with an opening act still to be announced.
