TUNNEL presents John Talabot & Sofia Kourtesis

Plisskën Festival launches a new club series, and TUNNEL 001 opens it with two of electronic music's most quietly influential names. John Talabot, the Barcelona producer behind a decade of melodic, slow-burning house, shares the bill with Sofia Kourtesis, whose Peruvian-German records fold personal history into the dancefloor. Both favour long, patient sets over a run of peak-time hits, which is the whole point of a night built to run late. This is a first edition, the kind a series gets judged by, and the booking suggests they know it.
