Professor Brian Cox: Emergence

Brian Cox is the physicist behind the BBC's landmark science series, from Wonders of the Solar System to The Planets. His last tour, Horizons, reached nearly half a million people and set two Guinness World Records. Emergence is the follow-up, a live lecture performed in English on how a universe of dazzling complexity is built on simple rules, black holes to snowflakes across 13.8 billion years of cosmic evolution. He runs it on large LED screens with music, film and graphics made by a team of collaborators. It is at CT Theater in Galatsi, and it is sold out.

K-Pop Superstars

K-Pop Superstars arrives at the Christmas Theater as a late swap: it takes over the date originally booked for K-Pop Infinity, whose tour was cut short. The show is a British touring production with eight performers, four singers and four dancers, and more than 100 dates behind it across the UK. The setlist pulls from the film KPop Demon Hunters and runs through hits like APT, Gnarly and Touch, plus medleys built around BLACKPINK and BTS. Expect multiple costume changes and video projections. Tickets already issued for the original date still work here.

Vienna Mozart Orchestra New Year Celebration

The Vienna Mozart Orchestra returns triumphantly to Christmas Theater for its established New Year concert. The ensemble comprises fifty accomplished musicians serving as permanent collaborators with Vienna's Philharmonic. Performing Mozart compositions and Viennese waltzes, they are accompanied by principal soloists from Vienna Opera. All performers wear authentic period costumes and wigs from Mozart's era. The program's first half features celebrated Mozart arias performed by soprano vocalists from Vienna Opera. The second half showcases Strauss family waltzes and polkas in festive celebration. The repertoire includes works such as The Blue Danube, the Emperor Waltz, selections from Die Fledermaus, and the Radetzky March.
